Return Policy

(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not related to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.)


Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day:

  • on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), take possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods in a single order and these are delivered together;
  • on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), take possession of the last item, if you have ordered multiple goods in a single order and they are delivered separately.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.


Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until:

  • we have received the returned goods, or
  • you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods,

whichever is the earliest.


Return Process

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 30 days has expired.

  • You will receive the correct return address via email after contacting us.

Return Costs

The direct costs of returning the goods are the responsibility of the customer.


Condition of Returned Items

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.


Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods:

  • that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized;
  • that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
  • whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market which cannot be controlled by us;
  • for the supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines (except subscriptions).

Loss of Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires early in the case of contracts for:

  • the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed after delivery;
  • the supply of goods which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature;
  • the supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software which have been unsealed after delivery.
